Why are parts a problem Ben? I realise they are everywhere but so are GS/GSAs even more so.

The future is bright GB, buts its certianly not orange! I struggle to change direction let a lone the oil everytime i've been to the shop and back. Na, it's truely tractors for me dude DRZ is king!
Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you're gonna be up again. But life goes on.

Its just taken KTM two weeks to get a £4 bearing over here. A friend of mine regularly has issues getting bits too - most recently a suspension pivot arm...
I accept they're as common as a GS, perhaps soon to be more so (on trails at least), but being a sheep ain't for me lol

I have no idea what you just said

I suppose the Challenge is quite rare Ben with only 66 registered for the road in the UK at the moment.

It wouldn't be Ferdie if you did
Besides GB rarity aside, what's your servicing like in comparison to a KTM offering?

I am tight ass and sqwueek loudly when I walk, buy lots of stuff 2nd hand ? er NO..all my bike gear is..except the helmet !..but servicing !, oil changes especially; All my cars get oil done at a third of the recommended miles and use the good stuff too. Years ago some mates used to take my old oil and stick in their motors as new...The Transalp will get the same treatment, but I do do mostly short runs...and SO..am amazed at 67 mpg going to Banham..must have had the wind behind me ! Double checked Les's calculater..102 mile..6.9 ltr..correct..WOW....ride like a girlie pussy ? ? ...
