A decent amount of us now then... It's shaping up to be a good one, though I do hope the weather cheers up a bit!

Well, i've got my fingers crossed that the weather gets it's act together sharpish, otherwise sadly i'll be giving this a miss .
And that's a real shame as i am really looking forward to seeing you lot again, but a 600 mile round trip in s**t weather is no longer my idea of fun

Banham's only about 35 miles up the road from me mate, if the weather's crap I'll be considering the car and trailer. At 600 miles you'd have to be either crazy or have Sandra Bullock waiting for you on a promise at the other end

Fingers crossed the weather improves

I'd like to echo echo echo all of the above.
I've just seen the forecast and Friday is cloudy and dry, Saturday dry with showers, and Sunday cloudy and dry, so apart from a 90 degree heatwave I think that it's as good as we could have hoped for.
Dan mentioned sand, which reminded me that I'd sorted out something special for the sandy bits....

Now if people don't fall off their bikes due to the sand, they certainly will, either by looking at her or chasing her!!

Oh nearly forgot to add, as if the sand godess wasn't enough I've also got the rock princess to come along!**
Now if that isn't incentive enough I don't know what is.

You have two hopes slim and none, as the first one's my sister and the second one is my wife!

Is anyone taking an Event Shelter or large tarp we can shelter under? We have a fly sheet but it will be too small. I maybe able to find a large plastic sheet and cord but short on light 2m long tent poles to make a shelter for 20 folks to huddle under.

Hi mate,
I haven't got anything like that at all, great thinking though.
Fingers well and truly crossed we won't need to huddle.

Re the elecric hook up I've texed Nick and asked all on Whatsapp, I 'll bell him at a more civilized time later this morning.
