So, after a fantastic event, I thought it would be fitting to begin a thread for us to share favourite moments, write ups and photos.

I didn't get any pics, but did get some good GoPro stuff, hopefully my internet will now allow uploads!

I'll be putting together a write up of my time at the Safari this week.

Hitting the road

Chef Ferdie

The big breakfast. No Chris Evans in sight

Swaffham invasion

Another of my ATR trail side bodges! Ugly stick, stick.

Concerned TRF members should understand that the footage is speeded up giving the impression that the riders were travelling faster than they actually were, especially the Orange and red missiles.... And of course, the White and Green flying Goat!

Good shap image there, Ben

One comment.. That Norfolk sand/dust is bloody awful stuff when it gets into the helmet visor pivots!!

Great weekends folks and special thanks to Ferdie as tail gunner and for the pick ups! I will change the front tyre to a knobbly asap. Then Dan and Ben cleaned the muck out of the carb and the Husky was fine, pity about the rider. All good ATR fun as usual at a very good campsite.
Ben even got the weather right as we need a few showers to damp the dust.
Ride safe all

Dan thanks for lifting the Husky onto the bike rack. One of my several tumbles is still giving me aches and pains and no way could I do Sunday.
Cheers

I took it upon myself to send a quick note of thanks to the campsite as they've been good to us over the years. Here is the reply I received:

Dear Tom

Thanks for the very kind feedback, we love having you stay every year! We are a campsite for all people and enjoy the variety of customers we get staying with us, everyone on site seemed to enjoy having you stay with us so we look forward to seeing you next year.

Many Thanks

So all good, and Ben has already re-booked for next year, 12th and 13th May 2018. See you there
If you only have one plug, it needs to be a good plug!
