Saw some Primus gear in TK MAxx peterborough just now, all good prices. Check your local one!

Good stuff, though I'm kind of thinking that these gas lanterns are now obsolete in these days of LED lamps, what with the bulk, fragile wick and gas consumption (I have an antique Camping Gaz one which looks identical to this, though not used it in years).
I do need to upgrade my (antique Camping Gaz) burner though to something more powerful, though on the plus side the cartridges are still pretty universally available. Plus I do enjoy using the thing as it was present on camping trips when I was a toddler.

I have a primus gas burner that takes both types of canisters, is it worth a fiver to you Tom? Still currently available as only a couple years old. I'll never use it as an avid trangia user.
