Understandably (given your history), too tense, I think OB1. You need to do more trails to relax into it

I would love to do more trails: the problem is that the nearest are around 40-odd miles away from Felixstowe!

Tom, you need to use a helmet or chest mount with your GoPro to get a smoother image. Having the camera mounted to the handlebar means that it is picking up every vibration from both the trails and the motorcycle. Having the clamp-on boom mount that I used has reduced the vibration slightly but my helmet mounted shots are the smoothest.

Agreed, it was a trial run, the GoPro only came out of its packaging the week before and I'm still getting used to it, but overall not too disappointed with the video quality. Also pleased the aim worked out all right given I had neither the phone app or the rear screen to preview it. GB gave me some good advice.

Have to be careful with a helmet mount at the 'duck your head' bridge, also at least with it on the front of the bike I can check it's still there!

A good toy though and works well.
If you only have one plug, it needs to be a good plug!
July 14 - still true, but now have two plugs!

Once again thank you for sharing the videos, even though they are there teasing me while I wait for a decent net connection.
I was surprised that you are able to capture stills from the footage which is an added bonus.
Top job.

There a few short trails with sand in the Rendlsham area for practice. When I tax the Husky we could go and play?

That sounds like a plan! The XL would be better for the trails and Rendlesham isn't too far away for the poor old beast… and my bike!

I knew that there were some trails in Suffolk, however, they are so few and far between and, in most cases very short!

How strange that you should mention that.
On a quiet moment while out on the trails I asked OB1 if there was something bothering him.
He said that he didn't know whether he was feeling like a WigWam or a TeePee, to which I replied.... I think you're two tents!
